Typical Home Buyers’ Questions
Buying a home is both thrilling and a bit unnerving. Both experienced home buyers and first-time buyers alike will benefit from the frequently asked questions below. You may find yourself asking one of the following two questions:
Q - I'm an experienced home buyer, but it's been a while since I last purchased a home. Where should I begin?
OR
Q - I've never purchased a home before. Where should I begin?
A - For both types of home buyers, the answers to these questions are very similar. What you should do is determined by your individual needs and circumstances. Call Friedman Realty Associates at 303-915-6927 — we'll help guide you through the process:

Q - Should I get a loan or pay cash?
A - We can't advise you on financial matters, but, it is important to check with your CPA, attorney, or other trusted financial advisor(s) to help you make this decision.
Q - With the more stringent rules about mortgage products, if I decide to get a loan, how do I decide which loan is best for me?
A - Once we have our introductory meeting with you about your home buying needs, it is essential that you meet with a lender to determine how much money you can afford to spend, both for the down payment and monthly mortgage payments. We can recommend at least three (3) trusted lending professionals or you can choose your own. Ask as many questions as you can think of, and never sign any document until you know what you are signing and feel completely at ease signing it.
The type of loan best for you depends on several factors. Here are just a few:
- How much money do I need for a down payment?
- How long do I plan to live in the home?
- Do I qualify for an FHA or VA loan?
- Are there other loan programs available for my needs?
